Nature, music and traditions in the heart of Sant’Erasmo
On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, the traditional “Mountain Festival” returns to Cesi, in the charming area of Sant’Erasmo. This highly anticipated event welcomes residents, families, and visitors who wish to spend a day immersed in the nature of the Martani Mountains.
Organized by Pro Loco Cesi in collaboration with local associations, the event represents a special opportunity to celebrate and promote the environmental, cultural, and social heritage of the Cesi mountain area. A festival designed for both adults and children, combining spirituality, togetherness, sports, and entertainment.
The day will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a nature walk, meeting at the Astronomical Observatory, led by the Gruppo Speleologico T.A. di Cesi. An ideal experience to discover the trails, landscapes, and natural beauty of the area.
At 11:00 a.m., Holy Mass will be celebrated in the Church of Sant’Erasmo, a moment of reflection and tradition deeply felt by the local community.
Starting at 12:00 p.m., music will take center stage with performances by the Banda di Cesi, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
The outdoor lunch, scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and organized by Pro Loco Cesi, will offer the opportunity to enjoy traditional local dishes and share a convivial moment surrounded by nature.
In the afternoon, the celebration will continue with traditional games at 2:30 p.m. and, from 3:00 p.m., the exciting tandem paragliding experience organized by Gruppo Vele Cesi, offering participants a truly unique way to experience the mountains from above.
