The Regional Assembly of Slow Food Umbria in Cesi

On Sunday, April 12, the Regional Assembly of Slow Food Umbria took place, an association that for the past year has been led by a board of 11 council members representing the territories and their respective local chapters that make it up – Alta Umbria, Media Valle del Tevere, Orvieto, Perugia, Interamna Magna Terni, Terre dell’Umbria Meridionale, Valle Umbra, Valnerina, and Trevi.

The meeting, inspired by the values of community and collaboration, also reaffirmed, among other things, the role of Cesi as a place of projects and renewal, with initiatives linked to the enhancement of the territory and the culture of olive oil.
